WASTE & PACKAGING PICKUP
Steve’s business were helping Caladenia Primary School replace 17 projectors and smart screens, with brand new TVs.
This meant they needed assisting with the
disposal of 17 widescreen TV boxes, the contained polystyrene and waste, as well as the removal of the 17 old projectors and 17 smart screens.
This was a massive job, first requiring the separation of cardboard, polystyrene, and plastic so each could be recycled appropriately. These were taken to the City of Canning Waste Transfer Station. Staff member Allan was so appreciative of us for separating the waste, he gave us a hand unloading the trailer each time.
There were five trailer loads required:
While it would’ve been easier to just take it all to landfill, with the extra effort we were able to recycle almost the entire lot of materials.
"Scott was determined to do a top job and was persistent until the end. 5 stars from us!"
