Preparing yard for landscaping.

• Client Eva contracted us to help clean out the front yard on her newly built property in Mindarie. 
  
• We needed to prep it for the landscapers, which were included as part of her new build. 
  
• We had to reduce the height of the soil to 3cm below the kerb and footpath for the landscapers to come in and put in the soil, grass and garden beds, so that it doesn’t sit too high above the driveway and footpath. 
  
• We estimated about 1200L of sand to be removed and taken off site to the sand and construction dumping site in Neerabup. 
  
• We then laid out a trailer load of soil improver to ensure the sand was prepped well for the landscapers. 
  

Full garden clean up.

• Property manager Kasey contacted us to assist with a property in Mindarie. 
• The tenants had moved out and the front and back yards needed a thorough weeding and tidy up. 
• We weeded the front yard by hand, and applied herbicide to kill off the weeds and overgrown areas in the back yard. 
• A lot of edging and mowing was required to the overgrown lawn which had spilled out onto the driveway and paths, so we completed that. 
• A little bit of hedging was also required, which we completed to finalise the garden tidy up.
